Would it kill the mail carriers to attempt to deliver a package versus shoving a slip in the box to save a few steps. What’s the point of ordering something if you have to drive to the post office every-time to get it!

Dropped off at post office in Ancaster at 19.57 and paid for 3 day delivery. Still at Stoney Creek office 2 days later at 19.38. 30km in 2 days and they are to deliver next day 300km away. No wonder people are using couriers more.

This is the worst delivery service on earth. That’s what happens when too much benefits are given to employees. They are overpaid and spoiled rotten!! What happened to “neither rain, nor snow, éct…. Will stop the mail from getting to its destination “ lollll what a joke. Last Easter ? they didn’t deliver on Good Friday, then the weekend and Easter Monday!!!! If that’s not spoiled WTF is !!!!

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of items on line but the service I received from this company has been the worst ever. I was not able to track my parcel. It took three weeks to get it snd I had to go and get it from the post office personally. The communication was absolutely terrible. I thought for sure I was not going to receive my package, I was just about to call Amazon and get a refund. If I ever have a choice in how my item is shipped I will never use the post. I would rather not purchase the item!!

No updates for days, no delivery date, nothing to show on the map, no notifications either. And I thought Royal Mail in the UK was bad. This is just beyond words. CAD $70 for a parcel that is supposed to be air mailed in a few days time. Joke.

Never ever get my package on time. Can we just get rid of this crown corp. Useless.

Second time when they promised something a certain day but failed to deliver. Only thing Canda post can get right is delivering the junk mail no one wants.

Can’t track my parcel it’s been 24 hours

Very disappointed… asked for 2 envelopes to be mailed, wanted a tracking number but did not want a signature… just delivered to the address on the envelope. So far one envelope is 1/2 hour away from the receiver at a Canada Post office for pick up?!… the other envelope is still “enroute” expected delivery a week later than originally projected, which is fine but will it be delivered to the address? Or held at a post office out of the receiver’s way?!… and neither recipient has a car so now travel expenses are involved. Very disappointed.

Too slow, paid for express service, the clerk said 6 days tracking said 10 days and now it says 11 days and it's not guaranteed ? No updates for days ? If I don't get it on time I will miss my flights Last time using this service!
