My shipment was sent from nigeria on November 1 2021..they told my sister I'll get it in 4 weeks. 6months + and still in transit..I just want my refund back . Everything inside was 2021 Christmas present for my friends..but nothing..so annoying.

Delivers before expended date given. There was a worry at the start though when there was no information as to what was happening for the first two days after I left the parcel with Canada post. Thereafter, every thing was traceable.

Since Canada Post always loses our mail and we receive other people's mail and they receive ours we finally decided to start sending our mail via registered mail which is $13 per envelope Great after we paid over $25 we cannot see any signature and it shows that we sent a document signed by Wayne Gretzky's father Wow that men has been deceased for a while now Why are our registered mail going to the wrong location I sent 2 letters vis registered mail and it shows delivered but there is no way to see the signature

I ordered a package from the outher end of the province and now it is on the main land from Newfoundland when I’m in Newfoundland

We have not been receiving our mail going on 11 years and we received stranger's mortgage statements Visa bill service is horrible Takes an average of 33 days to get a letter Just received a document from our bank and it is dated July 26 2020 and we are in May, 2022 Almost 2 years to receive our mail

My package is sitting in main post office which is closed for weekend ,I have a notice on Friday to pick up my package at postal outlet 300 feet away this package was paid express delivery where is it,I don’t know for sure it’s there I accidentally hit the one star and it won’t let me erase it

Awful. Any time my packages are shipped by Canada Post they arrive well past the estimated delivery date. Shipping information goes without updates for days and days. It’s always a frustrating mess of delays and nonsense. Never have these issues with any other method of shipping.

Bad service, i sent a parcel on April 29 to mississauga and still it is in transit, this is not express service, customer satisfaction a key to service provider business, I regret preferring this service.

Sent a parcel Seven days ago. Didn't get there yet. No tracking available. All it says is in transit. No details. Will not use the service again.

Worse courier service

I sent an urgent document on April and still on Mississauga after a week. Can’t trust this company.

My parcel that I have been waiting for while I am in town as I work out of town on week days. My parcel got sent to Vanderhoof. I was told today at the end of the day. It ruined my two days!!! Not pleased at all. Clearly my address says Burns Lake!!!
