Sent a parcel to Nova Scotia and it ends up in Edmonton Alberta. When I do a location it says it was accepted at Chatham Ontario post office on May 26th when I didn't send it until May 27th.

The only mail system worse than our own Canada Post is the one in South Africa, which in fact shut down completely for many months during/post COVID! Ours seems not far behind. I sent an express post envelope from Vancouver to Calgary, in an express post envelope and CP estimates that it will take 8 days to arrive!!! What was the point of paying for express post!?! Something must be done - it’s just another symptom of how Canada is FAILING!!

I frequently send packages to Montréal. They almost always arrive before or on time. Very satisfied.

So, I'm still waiting. 2-5 days was my delivery estimate. It has bounced all over Canada never breaking the border to get to me. It is less than an hour away from where it was picked up, and it has been a week. It's a medical device. Usps is awful, these folks are no different. Why is it that the companies that have the names of our countries in them fail so consistently?

I had sent parcel on 10th May from India to tornto...but not delivered.still shows transit...it's too late.

Absolutely disgusting. Still no envelope with my info in it. Been 1 weekand they still can't seem to get it to me. Deliveries from China arrive faster. It's no wonder Canada Post is losing money. Horrendous service.

Fast the tracking let me know what time it was delivered and a map showing me all I needed to know thank you.

Well here we are almost 3 months still haven't received my money back I guess it was Asian people don't pay back their money I'm not blaming the post office I'm just saying 3 months and I lose weight over 150 bucks not cool

Expedited parcel. Label sent May 23 electronically may I add. Updatd delivery expected May 25..changed to May 29 but no tracking of package...No delivery but entry changed to equal...We haveno idea where it is...wait for update. I know for sure that we are dealing with corporate federal Canada Post...EXPEDITED DELIVERY. No yes let's see financial problems...yes? Well we know why Avery poor performance for a sinking ship! Please find my package and deliver it to my door...Thank you

I sent a package to the USA and was told it was going to take 6 business days to arrive! Tomorrow is the sad sixth day and my parcel is out for delivery!! Thank you Canada post! Wonderful job and great service

I sent an important letter with important documents oversea on May 12,2024. I sent it as a registered letter through Canada post and paid $25.17 for a small size envelope. I kept tracking the letter . Today May 28,2024 when I tracked the letter I found out that it is still in Canada post warehouse in Mississauga. Because of Canada post delays , I will be having a major issue . I regret using their service. I learned my lesson not to use Canada post, instead use other postal service providers. Shame on you Canada post . You are holding my letter that has very important documents that need to arrive to my country asap. I paid this much money so my letter gets transferred from Pickering to Mississauga and God knows if it get sent to my country. You should inform your costumers how long you take to ship their mail.

Sent 2 envelopes on 2 separate days ! 1 had a $3.78 fuel surcharge 1 had nothing .

I sent a document using Canada Express going to Vancouver. It was April 21, 2024 I was told it will take 3 working business. This is urgent documents unfortunately Vancouver received my documents May 3 ,2024. Was disappointed.

Sent a small parcel (Approx 12"x12" x 3") from Pharmasave in Oak Bat to Telus in Richmond on May 18. It is now May 28 and the parcel is still in transit. Why? Very poor service
