Worst service ever..I haven’t got the parcel yet it’s still showing in transit.

Canada post such bad post office I saw in my whole life because my parcle is been 2 weeks still in same place in stack so stupid that person who was working I couldn’t asked her anything so mean first bad experience

Parcel from BC to Todos Santos Mexico was to take 16 days. It's been 40 days and it still has not arrived. I could have biked there in less time. No wonder UPS, FedEx et al, are growing their business exponentially. No stars..........

Even with today’s technology parcel tracking is still archaic. Why even have a tracking service when you only have a parcel pickup entry. My advice to anyone who tries to use this useless service is to consult a ghost whisperer.

Sent to Vancouver May 2 and still in Calgary as suppose to be an overnight WTF?!?

Lost a package and screwed up the next delivery Not impressed

0 star，10 days service sent out at Mar 31, still in Mississauga at May 3rd today, stuff is mean said you choose the cheaper service you supposed to suffer bad service. God, the cheaper price is for 10 days not for lost my package

My parcel is in Canada since April 12 and no further info.

Says it was delivered. At my house and nothing delivered. Terrible.

The worse to deal with from April 5th my mom sent me a package and I can't receive it made a couple phone calls and still no help.

My package was shipped out of Edmonton on April 28th and still says it’s there. Don’t charge people for tracking if you aren’t going to keep it updated… or has my package not left the sender’s city yet?

I see a lot of negative reviews but I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue with Canada Post which is more than I can say for a lot of their private competitors.

I am quite satisfied with the tracking, all my parcels are always delivered on time.
