This service is the absolute Pitts! Why would an envelope from Montreal to Newfoundland go via Winnipeg?????!!! One week later it is still in transit. And this scam is charging outrageous prices. Absolutely worthless!

Canada tracking along with Canada post 110% sucks. Absolutely the worst form of delivery on earth. I think a pigeon can get things done faster. Absolutely terrible tracking updates,

Come on Canada post! Get it together and listen to the customers that pay the wages .oh ya forgot its about money didn't get the most money plan.

I have orders from 6 companies that have never arrived to me…i called Canada post and they said the companies probably have my address wrong…i have photos of the packages- they were all correct and not one arrived…they told me there is nothing i can do but at least ‘they’re sorry’ !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Items being delivered Canada post sorting location and not delivered for over a month. After several calls to ‘customer service’ and being told they can’t tell me anything as I am not the sender, even though I paid and own the package months before. And was told my CP ‘customer service’ to call the company which I already did who told me sent the package over a month ago and it is no longer their issue as Canada post has the package. This has happened several times.

2 months since I send a package and my sister is still waiting for it, I 'm worried about it...

Canada Post has decreased in service dramatically. Contracting out to different delivery providers is slow and insufficient,as delivery is often done with personal vehicles and times. Canadians pay high for their postage costs.Not very satisfied with service over the years.?

I hope you can make it on time and hopefully I would be able to contact you for the other package for the other address

Only partial tracking☹️
