Absolute garbage service. Sent a package to the U.K by surface 2 weeks ago from Toronto, & tracking shows the package is in the same location as it was last week in Montreal which is a 5 hr drive. Yet it's been there almost two weeks & should be on a freight liner by now. Next time it will be DHL getting re business & not Canada post

I ordered from SHEIN and usually I got my order earlier with their delivery service before and now with the Canada post the delivery is too slow and can't even get accurate tracking update on my parcel.

Totality ridicules! My son sent me out parcel last Sunday.just arrived in my area post office.now I have to wait and see if they give me it tomorrow.most likely another 2 days.the cost to ship it costly.and you have to wait for express.something wrong with this picture.i don't believe covid is the reason.

Prepaid postal boxes are my travel go-to when shipping personal goods between Ontario and BC. Beats luggage rates on planes.

I have got express shipping on an important document 12 days ago and I still haven’t received my mail yet…

I can’t get past fuel surcharge supplement and adding hst on top of that. No matter how pleasant and hard trying you counter staff are, this is a hugely overrated and costly business. I mail 50+ small parcels per year within Canada and EVERY time am shocked at the price .

Deplorable. Tracking as of April 29 reveals letter still.in transit, despite the fact that I found out from the recipient that it was received before April 4, which I notified Canada Post about. I had requested to get notifications by email from Canada Post and got none.

Horrible service, updates were inaccurate. Tracking couldn't even provide an estimated delivery time. Package was supposed to be signed for, but apparently not necessary.
