Dog sled is faster. Cda Post need to improve their service.

16 digit tracking number, withh no letters, hyphens, ...? and no indication on the post office receipt when the shipment was made of what the tracking number is. incredible nonsense and very very bad usability

Zero. How can we trust this cooperation. I send an important international mail since three weeks. Checking the status the mail is still sitting in canada how can you have trust in them.

Sad excuse for a postal service, they never left a card for where to pick up parcel. Mind you they imulate the government we have,so I can expect nothing more from them.

Worst experience as item has been showed that it was delivered but i have checked multiple times to my mail box no item or key has been received yet from last two weeks now they generate service ticket number lets see how many days they want more for resolving issue how disgusting behaviour as sometimes you really need items urgent and they charged so high but didnot improve their services

I am very happy with Canada Post. I have Flex Delivery so if Canada Post hires some other couriers to help with the overload, my delivery address does not have a street number and the outside courier does not know where to deliver it. I am currently searching for a package and of course it is the one item I really want. I am hoping it is found before it is returned to sender.
