Guaranteed 3 day delivery is bs— took a week from Regina to Calgary— would have been faster via regular post—

When a small package takes 2 weeks or more sometimes 3 weeks to go from Vancouver to north Bay Ontario is completely unacceptable. When calling Canada post for help all you get in return is attitude from obviously unhappy employees.

Second time Canada Post sent my package to Ottava instead of BC!! How is this happening?! Especially after I paid 20dollars extra for secure delivery!!

Guaranteed arrival must refer to a different year than the present. Having thought that only Purolator was worse - imagine my surprise when I learned you own both.

“Should arrive in 3 business days”. Translation…. Your package will arrive in 3 to 20 business days depending on weather, the mood of our employees and which way the wind is blowing. As long as you use the CPT (Canada Post translator) it is all good. I’m sure they are doing the best they can.

I sent a parcel xpress post which is not gonna arrive in 3 days...this is bs to pay extra for a quicker trip and it never happens canada post are rip off artists!!!..no Stars!!! You also made me rate the stars...you dont deserve any stars

So overall service is good. Alwasy friendly. But why do I pay an upwards or more than a extra $100 for 3 day shipping, only for it to arrive 10 days later anyway? Very disappointed.

My parcel is STILL between Stoney Creek and Winnipeg. I mailed it by general post on 12 Apr, and it is registered “in transit” from Stoney Creek on 13 Apr. Today is the 23rd, and the parcel, carrying three tea towels (not heavy), is MIA (missing in action). I guess I shouldn’t be too upset now given my daughter’s birthday wad the 19th!! On Monday I take this to the Ombudsman - this is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of the $20 I was charged to send this small parcel.

Post offices are all contracted out now. Customer service is next to none. Tracking information on packages rarely happens. More secure and confident using UPS or FedEx.

Canada post must be stealing packages again...missing 4 packages in 6 months....no one could be so inept as to lose that many

Ordered a parcel from Val d'or Québec. The sender forgot to put my address. The parcel made it to Montréal then to Sherbrooke and ready for shipping and they realize theres no address to ship to!!! Return parcel to montreal and Val D'or for sender to put my address. Someone somewhere should of seen no shipping address. I called to let them know of the missing address they cant help me

Mailed a package a week ago and it still shows it sitting at the place I mailed it from. Tried to contact them but could not. Horrible service
