Worst service ever. Paid $82 to have my passport shipped express to UK. was mailed April 7 and it’s still shows in Montreal. If I don’t get my passport in time for travel I’ll raise hell on you Canada Post. Totally stressed with this pathetic excuse for a service. I’m forced to give you one star but 0/10!!! Arrrggghhh

Terrible service! I use Canada post to remit cheques for clients to Canada revenue agency so I use it multiple times a month. The packages NEVER get delivered in the time frame I pay for. I had a very time sensitive parcel that was sitting in a depot for 2 days when I paid for priority. I called customer service so see if they could call the depot to get it expedited. The agent told me there was nothing he could do. He refused to call the depot and see why the package hadn’t moved. I asked if I could speak to a manager or a senior officer and he told me no that I could call the customer service line back if I wanted to speak to someone else. Very disappointed in the service! They are rude and unhelpful…. The package arrived late… It took 7 business days to arrive… thousands of dollars in late penalties. Nightmare situation! I literally could have driven across Canada and gotten it there sooner and it would have costed less! The crazy thing is CRA uses a PO Box and Canada post has a monopoly on the PO Boxes so our office can’t even use a different carrier to deliver the cheques. We are at their mercy. Extremely disappointed in this company and if I didn’t have to use them I would never use them again!

I paid over $20.00 for guaranteed express post mails it on Tuesday to Quebec abs it is still in transat Friday evening, waste of my money

Excellent service and very fast and reliable

A little frustrated when I got notice of deliver ready for pickup on Tuesday only to discovery package went back Mississauga. However, the postal tracking gave me the option to get email notifications which was a great relief and so notified me of my package being sent out again and let me know when it was ready for pickup again but this time it truly was.

Terrible Service... I am beyond disappointed ?. My parcel was late for my father's bday and was coming from 3 hrs away. I wish I had paid a taxi to deliver it....same price pretty much and would have ensured he had something to open.

Amazon package supposed be delivered by April 21st it’s been sitting in NB since April 14th and now it says it’s going to be late, Canada Post is horrible.

Why is there so much advertising on your tracking website. Very confusing and annoying.

They are horrible my has been sitting in NB sine April 14th no update since then, every time it’s stops at NB it’s gets stuck. Canada Post is the worse.

Five days in still shows calgary that it was posted in.

They charged me $35 to send a regular letter “express” to the states. The tracking now says it’ll arrive in two weeks!!!!

Says delivered but I disagree. Would give no stars of it were an option. Get your act together Canada
