This is pathetic. It reached Hakifax on Monday and it's still sitting in Halifax. When will it leave for it's destination in Ontario.

Sent parcel from the starts still sitting in customs for over 3 weeks. Ridiculous

If you want an answer you might as well ask your Dog.

Lied about leaving the notice, after I complained they altered tracking data. Lied. Gave me 2 different locations to go get my parcel.

Excellent on delivery info and delivery.

Mail suppose to be delivered in two to three weeks still sitting in canada after two weeks

I sent my parcel Jan 6 and I was told takes only 6 weeks to Philippines , but til now April 21 haven’t receive yet. Worst ever experience so disappointed.

.... kind of takes awhile to update my package. A package thats been in Manitoba, shouldn't take 2 days to move from its location... but I just want updates.. I had one on April 20th in the morning and then after that, never got nothing, and now today, April 21st, no updates again... my package has been in transit for 13 days now and waiting for it to arrive in NS... which shouldn't take this long

Order was supposed to be here the 10th-13th then there was a storm so next estimated arrival was 18th-19th, today is the 21 and there have been no updates since the 11th and it said my package was out for delivery in Ontario that day. I live near Regina. I ordered it on the 17th of March. Very disappointed

They said they tried to deliver at my home. Big lie. Home all day. No pickup location. Terrible service

This is the worst service for parcels. I can't believe it takes more then a week from Mississauga to North bay. And then sits in NB for a few days. Should I come over there and show you how work is done?

tracking the number showed me delivery.i don't get the items.,when call can not get answer.so bad

They are always late in delivering parcels, if you contact them they say that they can not give you anymore information than what I can see on the screen. I KNOW our mailman has not been around in the last 2 days I have not seen him and he always parks infront of my house
