Living up to the name "snail mail"

It is showing that my parcel has been delivered and I didn't get my parcel. I think most times the postman is rushing and put others mail or parcel in different unit box.. several times I received my neighbors mail

Canada post is the worst carrier, no updates and packages are always late.

Packages never arrive on time, a week from Toronto to Niagara is ridiculous, deliver is not to the door. Packages are squished into box. A list that could go on an on for every package I get delivered this way.

Been waiting on my package for almost 2 weeks now and tracking it tells me it’s still sitting in the same spot

Now 8 days since I mailed a small parcel to Winnipeg. The parcel, sent from Scarborough, is resting comfortably in Stoney Creek! I don’t want to hear about the sad state of Canada Post - this is nothing more than a money grab, forcing people to choose more than general post. The small parcel still cost $20 to send, and previous experience with faster delivery rates have proven to be a waste of money. Something needs to be done with the tremendously poor service by this company.

Told 3-4 business days and did not deliver on time — Express Post. Will not use Canada Post again.

Found waiting in line one hour to post is unacceptable, many people were complaining gal behind counter spent 20 min on one person I had 5 ahead of me

No tracking update in 12 days. Unacceptable.

Previous rating - parcel mailed for Winnipeg. Has so far taken one week to go from Scarborough to Stoney Creek! Ridiculous!

They make you wait for months. That's not professionals.

I sent a package on April 4. It was suppose to be delivered within 10 days as I paid additional postage. April 18 it still isn’t there. Service is terrible. I will look for a refund.
