No tracking update in 6 days. Unacceptable

Send a parcel to Alberta Canada to my daughter it was a month my daughter didn’t receive any notice or the parcel ..when o told my daughter to go to the post office it’s there .she explained to the post office clerk they said that normal you don’t get a notice at your door or in your mail box ..They we’re getting the parcel ready to return it to me grrr how is someone suppose to know that a parcel is their for them if they don’t receive a notice grrr I’d say lazy mail carrier

Dropped off 2 old shaw units remotes etc always in transit??? Really how stupid

Since 17 April posted not able to track my parcel

Sent package from Canada to Bahrain on Feb 8th. Two months later it still has not showed up, tracking is a joke even though CP said I could still track it after it left Canada, you can't.

I have ordered two parcels from overseas in the last few months and never received them. They seem to leave the originating country but once they get to Canada they are lost. Canada post is abysmal

Package was supposed to be delivered on Monday. It’s Saturday and there’s still no updates. Canada Post is the worst option in all of Canada.

Parcel supposed to receive on April 15 but still not received. Tried to track where is the parcel without any success. Very disappointed

Been a 2 weeks and my stuff hasn’t even been shipped and it said it would only take 2 weeks

Took my parcel in on Friday..paid for express delivery to Edmonton was told it would be there by Wednesday 3 business days..was delivered on Tuesday..thankyou Canada post..the lady who waited on me was very helpful and polite..

I recommend going thru any mail service besides Canada post, they delivered my package to the wrong house then told me that they can’t do anything about it and It’s my fault and won’t give me a refund.
