The worst of the worst for delivery on time and cost, hands down

I would chose “0” if possible. I paid for express post from Vancouver to Por Coquitlam. The item ended up in Alberta. It’ been two weeks and they don’t know where it is, even though it was scanned in Calgary, Red Deer and Calgary again. Just trying to stay sane and composed.

My parcel was delivered as expected.

I love this site, it sent notifications updates and makes life easier.

Very nice people working here in Olds. They helped me a lot.

Have a parcel thats been sitting in sudbury sence apr 7th has not been delivered or updated as of the 7th of apr 2022

They lost my parcel of 38lbs was at the right city and put in the wrong truck and haven't heard back from them in 2 weeks...

Service is good and delivery is approaching fast to the destination.

I love Canada Post and use them exclusively.

Safe and faster

I went into the post office early in the morning and asked for next day delivery. Iwas told that wasn't possible but I could do two day delivery. My letter was being delivered to an address 4 hours away. I agreed to the two days and paid the fee. The letter was important but I thought two days wasn't great but it was OK. My letter didn't get delivered til the evening, five days later. Next time.e, I'll go with FedEx. At least I know it will get there when they say it will. I have requested a refund. Not impressed with the postal service ice.

I use Canada Post's parcel service quite regularly. Always delivered accurately and on time (if not earlier). Very reliable.

Not only have I tracked incoming parcels that for some reason go to Kamloops and then finally to me on Vancouver Island. I had a parcel track there and I got notice of delivery I was told it was delivered to a mail box in Kamloops and they couldnt pick it up and deliver it to me and there was nothing they could do except contact the sender. The prices for delivery are absolutely insane. Its almost impossible to send anything for less than the price of mailing it.
