I love tracking my parcels. It's always right.

I have used the flat box rate many times. It has always arrived by the expected date or sooner. I am very satisfied with this service. The people who work in the Bowmanville office are always polite, helpful & respectful. Great work gals & guys!

Multiple times I have received the mail of people with the same house number but different street number. Multiple times a package has been tracked as delivered when it doesn’t show up for two or three days later. Once a package was miss delivered but luckily the person returned the item to Canada post. Overall terrible service- these issues have been ongoing for 10 years

I got my package shipped from edmonton and its in winnipeg already thats really good shipping and it took 1 day from edmonton to get to winnipeg and I live just outside winnipeg so im expecting the package today??

I want to understand the process. The item for delivery originated from Stoney Creek on March 27. Item moved to Mississauga the following day. On April 3, the item got shipped to B.C. to be sorted? Why?? It is already 10 days since March 27 and item is nowhere on the tracking. If there is a 0 star, that is what I will rate CanadaPost.

Counter service at Sarnia Main Post Office working April 4th 2022 @ 4:30 pm were awesome! They were learning a new system, had a long line up but were polite, professional and very friendly. And my parcel arrived next day ad requested!
