Because zero stars is not an option …

I am so displeased I have had many packages left at my door or in my garage instead the driver decided to try at a different time that package was for my sons 16 th birthday I am not ok where is my package when is it coming since he didn't on his birthday ??

Terrible service!will never use Canada post ever again! In less then one year had problems with tree parcels I sent overseas!!

Parcel arrived in Winnipeg on Wed. Not delivered until Monday.

Disgusting service is all I can say. I am waiting for a package that was sent xpress post from Oakville to Guelph both in Ontario, it was sent over a week ago and it is held up in Winnipeg. This happens a lot. There is no number where you can reach a human being it is just the worst possible situation. The sad part is people pay good money for this lousy service, I am trying to get this particular business to change to a courier service, people would pay extra to get their package on time. I have no more words it is just the worst.

Untill now they did not recieve my package in san roque Spain.i send last January it didn’t arrived to the recipient.I’m so upset untill now..

It's pretty bad when you can't get a parcel from Toronto area under 4 days. No wonder they aren't making any money.

Very bad experience canada postal service

Sent a package to England on March 4th and it's been sitting in Montreal since March 9th ?? Meanwhile I received a package on March 11th that was mailed out on March 4th FROM ENGLAND

This is by far the worst delays I have experienced and yet it is very expensive. Almost two month wait time.
