I have to say that with all my parcels that come in there is always a delay or the address needs to verified. It's really come down hill. Very disappointed my parcel has been in the city for over a week sitting now they have to verify the address????

Quick service. Delivered the registered letter on the 2nd day as per the tracking information. Happy about the service.

I didn’t receive my item . I don’t know if it was lost or something but it’s almost a year soon in July . I didn’t get so much help from Canada Post. ….frustrating

Very slow and bad service even at the Canada post office, every rude and didn’t want to help me. My package is late by 7 days and still not here. This package is for my challenge son with autism. Not impressed with the mailing service lately they need to fix’s it before busy season comes about.

5 days after the estimated delivery date(i paid for priority processing), my package is still in transit.

I send a envelope two months ago and at this time there’s no information about it. I ask for the phone number of the delivered city and the answers is that they don’t have it. I am very frustrated and disappoint with Canada Posts. My documents are extremely important for me and it needed to be in to the other side in three weeks of the delivery.

Nothing show when your traking parcel, not able to see any updates, nothing showing when you enter or scan the QR code , very disappointing, have no idea when my parcel is for 2 weeks now , very very disappointed
