According to tracking info, my parcel from across the country arrived in my city a few days after it was shipped, and has been sitting there, most likely blocks away, for over 2 weeks. Tracker says "arriving today" every day. What a joke.

Seriously!!!! From Montreal to Mississauga 11 days, still no clue when iam going to get my parcel. It seems like I ordered item from China, very disappointed ?

One star at best …their tracking system is useless…days go by…saying in same place…that is not tracking!!!

Tracking is far from accurate , for the price I paid

Poor poor service! I'd rather leave a 0-star. I just received a email saying my purchase/ parcel they tried to deliver on Jan 3, 2022. Which is false, 5 of us were home all day that day & night. It has sat in the Merritt BC, post office for a week and they couldn't even put a PARCEL Card in my mailbox. Canada Post sure doesn't use the motto - Rain, Shine, Sleet or Snow, They deliver nothing like they used to 30 years ago. No pride in Federal Institutions any more. Sad ....

Always late and they refuse to leave the package even if the order instructed them to do so. Such a hassle

Package arrived earlier than expected!

Package has been sitting in Calgary since December 21. Package was shipped on December 10, 2021. Been tracking this package for over a week and it's been sitting in Calgary for all that time. I'm getting really ticked off.

Worst service. Local Express post came after 1 week.

My mail goes to random neighbours. My packages don’t arrive until I call to complain. Honestly the worst service available.
