Canada post is a joke. The last two items I mailed, one in June and one in Nov. never did reach their destination. This is within the province. No answers, no accountability, no service.

Delivery was late by 7 days still not received

Package sent on January 3. As of this Monday package is still in Montreal. Tracking number is 0104431886544008. Not able to see why it is still in Montreal.

Always 1 week late

My package has remained in their depot in Mississauga since the end of November 2021. It is now January 2022 and I wait...to no avail. No one to call, no way to retrieve. Thanks Canada...post!!!

Why would a parcel coming to Vancouver island from Richmond travel to Calgary? Just ridiculous.

Between end of 2021/beginning 2022 tha post mail from my area a young guy it’s terrible

Dec 22nd 2021, a much needed item was ordered from British Columbia Canada with delivery via Canada Post stated as January 07th 2022, also in Canada ( Ontario). The stated date of delivery has come and gone, with the parcel still in British Columbia ( as per Canada Post tracking). The much needed item would enable my wife and myself to continue helping other's amidst COVID, which is why ,after researching the quickest most reliable delivery method, Canada Post was chosen. Never again Canada Post, people now suffer as a result of their lack of dedication .

If I could give a negative review I would! Find someone capable of updating parcel tracking! Absolutely terrible service’

Way over priced for the service that you get from them

Sent a package back to shopping chanel from Winona was sent to a office in stoney creek girl at post office told me they couldn't help phoned shopping channel they credited my account went after post office I looked on line told them where my package was was treated horrible from one of the workers and I always sent packages back from this post office only they new where my packages were going

Been waiting for almost a month for package to arrive from BC.
