Parcel delivered on time

Very good service

Paid premium for international package (flight) delivery and it takes 3 1/2 weeks! Canada Post - very disappointing.

It better not be damaged, or opened Or anything stolen ...I already have the Canada Post head office involved with Christmas gift I sent to same country and same PERSON, THAT THE CANADA POST DAMAGED ,PLUS STOLEN PROPERTY THEY RIPPED OFF POLICE ALSO INVOLVED THANKS ....DO THIS ONE BETTER BE IN PERFECT SHAPE

DISAPPOINTED, mailed a small package told me for $20 it would get to it's destination in 4 days. It arrived in Richmond a day after I sent it. And it's been sitting in Richmond for 8 days. It's suppose to be in the Okanagan 4 days ago. Canada Post needs to get act together

Never have any difficulties with Canada Post that they do not resolve. It works. The costs very competitive. Canada Post had been my choice. Since the 1950’s. I support Canada Post First, Period. Cheers, David Pointon

Sent my package express and payed the top rate all to watch it sit in Richmond for the last seven days

Sometimes they leave it at the door, sometimes mailbox. Sometimes post office, dread the post office most, miserable women in there. The delivery lady herself races in her car smoking, asking her to deliver to the door is like asking her for her first born, maybe I should get her some smokes

I had the worst service today and the employee forced me to apologize to get the package delivered. Basicaly i got threaten by employee

Second package desastre with Canada Post.... A package sent Registered to Switzerland... Sent Dec 21 from Sechelt post office. APPARENTLY, according to today's CP tracking, the package has YET to leave Richmond, BC... That's 17 days since it left Sechelt! 13-14 working days...I am outraged!

Lost my package, it never arrived. I tried calling many different post offices and I tried calling their 1-800 number and they were no help whatsoever.

Found Canada Post Tracking EE number for my package. The express package dropped at the post office on Dec 11, shipped the next day... Actually was never put on a flight d on December was not put on a flight to Switzerland before January 2nd or third. Arrived in Switzerland on January 3rd...and arrived at destination today. For 22 days.... It was NOT being shipped to Switzerland. And I paid express $152.76 for that privilege.. This is a dismal disgusting performance

If I could give it a negative I Would, so slow. It either gets tied up in Burnaby, Richmond or in Ontario somewhere. Ridiculous!

Paid $157 dollars to send a Christmas package express to Switzerland. They received it today. I dropped it on Dec 11, and was told it would leave next day. Both stamps attest to that. I am from Switzerland and know how their post office work... Clockwork! Here is the registered package number that not even Canada post can track... Unreal. ONE STAR, because it actually arrived.... R 715719105304 is the number Canada Post put on the package... I want to know where it went and for how long before arriving in Switzerland.
