Pkg arrived and was processed in Kelowna Dec.27, it went out for delivery on Jan. 2 and still hasn't made it. No updates for 6 days. I sent pkg from calgary to kelowna 21 days ago for my mom's 70th bday and she still hasn't received it. ZERO STARS.

My parcel left calgary dec 17 and still has not reached the address in kelowna. It was my mom's 70th birthday pkg. I gave it 17 days to get there and it's been 21 days and still not there and no updates on tracking.

I've been waiting for a parcel since Dec. 1 2021 and no one can tell me where it is. Not Good. You get a zero rating !!!

Today is Friday and it shows that the pkg got to to on Wednesday not helpful at all

Local office holds mail hostage for weeks or months at a time. Mail and parcels only come through if a complaint is filed.

Terrible service. No credibility. Lose packages no where I sight with no accountability . Why pay extra $$ to get it there in 3 days and then takes more than 2 weeks??

Will not deliver packages to the door. Will not deliver packages on time. Canada Post simply does whatever suits themselves best. They make companies who use their services look like amateurs.

I am not happy that my parcel was sent a month ago and that nothing has been done only that there is an investigation. This is poor customer service and I believe this should be dealt with right away.

Good service. Delivery of Christmas presents as promised on time.

My package was on it way on Dec 31st according to the app and still has not made it’s as of Jan 6th not able to get through to customer service and now it says Jan 13th - this package was being delivered within the GTA - very disappointing.

My friend has not received the parcel which was sent from Edmonton says tracking delivered

I don’t think it’s accurate, as it only ever says that my parcel has hit 1 large hub and then it tells me later , it’s been delivered.

The worst tracking system ever! It’s been in Canada for two weeks now but has not updated their tracking system ever! Nobody willing to answer my question!!! TOTALLY useless!
