Very disappointed with this service!! Paid $197 Express Post for a Package that was sent on December 9, 2021 to Keremos BC, was promised it would be there by Christmas. Today is December 31, 2021 AND still no package has arrived!!! TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE!!!

I have been trying to track a package for a week, it has not moved or been updated since December 26! I thought the purpose of tracking was to see where something is not where it was 6 days ago or do they leave packages in one spot for that amount of time!

Hit and miss can really screw an order up

Not even worth a star. Commitments for delivery broken by over a week. Price gouging just because it’s between Christmas and New Year. Poor tracking information

parcel stuck in mexico city for weeks still there

I don't understand, I sent the envelope by express mail on 12/23/2021, but how is it possible for the envelope to be on 12/22/22021 in Mississauga? They said the envelope would be in place within two business days. And the envelope is stuck in Mississauga. what do we pay money for ???

Ordered an item on Amazon over 5 weeks ago. Had 17 detailed updates while in CHINA and then item was picked up by Canada Post on December 14, Canada post said delivery would be on December 20th. No updates and no item on Dec. 29th. When I called CP, they were rude and had no new info. If Canada post read these reviews, they may see their service is poor and has a average rating of 2.21. May want to do something about this Canada Post. Zero stars for you but Canada Post has this set up so you have to give them 1 star. In my opinion 1.21 is more accurate given the way there "star" system is set up.
