The tracking never seems to be up to date.

I mailed a parcel to my friend in Manila, Philippines on August 6, 2021, as per Canada Post it will take 3 to 4 months to get there. Until now she has not received yet! Christmas is over ?

How a parcel addressed to Vancouver Island is sent in error by the Richmond depot to Grand Prairie Alberta is beyond my comprehension especially for an end to end tracked item. Canada Post should be ashamed of such abysmal service. Clearly unionized employees are not an advantage and the whole system should be privatized and not a tax payers problem.

I mailed a parcel to Nanaimo Dec. 8 2021. Still has not been received.

They told me 4 days for delivery it's almost 2 weeks still not there

I’m truly disappointed in the service. I waited in a long line up at my local post office so that I could send a special card to a special person in New Jersey US. I was happy to wait . Then I purchased the Xpress deal which I was told several times to confirm: that my card would arrive in 4 days!! Guaranteed delivery on Dec 34/21!!! So again.... I was happy to pay the cost to get my card there before Xmas day ??. Alas.... I’ve been tracking the delivery .... my friend did not receive it on the 24th.... and now I see it was delivered TODAY!! Tuesday Dec 28th!!! So I paid a whole lot of money for a guaranteed service that failed me .... ☹️☹️☹️

Promised three day delivery and now anticipating 10 days.

Mississauga..where Canada Post expedited packages go to die..how you get away with charging premium rates for service you have no intention of delivering is nauseating..

Very reliable establishment.

It's been almost a month and I am still waiting for my package that is "in transit " .I didn't know Canada Post still used dog sleds to deliver. That's the only reason it should take this long.
