Canada Post reviews

I sent a parcel on Dec 17th Xpress Post, paid $97.00. Today is December 29th and it still isn't there! Have a friend who sent their parcel December 8th, regular post. Edmonton to Victoria and it still isn't there! I generally don't bother leaving reviews, but this year Canada Post seems to be doing worse then they normally do!!

I use Canada Post Shipping on a regular basis, both in Canada and for International destinations. I have never been disappointed in the quality of service, or delivery times. The staff are always polite and helpful, and my packages always arrive safe and secure.

Took forever as they are close on business days on mondays and Tuesdays when its not even a holiday. Wrost place to have your stuff ship. even Amazon is faster.

Most terrible service I've ever had Windsor on the 17th of December arrived in Sudbury this morning I know it's Christmas but I do the drive in 9 hours myself not nine days I will never use Canada post again. This is ridiculous people depend on you that's why we went express delivery I have medications that I need that should have been here you should be ashamed of yourselves that's why you're losing the business and get the reviews that you get every view you at zero. Other than that happy New Years and I hope you get your s*** together.

I send an express mail to China on Nov.12 and it still not arrived Dec.26 I am very disappointed

My package was suppose to be here December 17th and still have not received it,now it says parcel maybe lost,extremely disappointed as it was my kids Christmas pj's for Christmas eve,last update was December 16th in BC I'm in New Brunswick ??

No sense of urgency to deliver parcels. Awful customer service, really no customer service. Don't care about the customer.

Horrible shipping..paid expidited, week before christmas...still sitting in Richmond...what a joke

Parcel given to Canada Post Dec 7 in Ontario, no tracking information for next 2 weeks, after phone call to Canada Post tracking showed it in Richmond and now the map shows an arrow pointing North but now long past Christmas Day. What a shoddy showing in a highly competitive business. You don’t deserve to handle our important parcels, get better or get out of the market. If I had a choice I would have chosen a proven winner, any delivery service but Canada Post.

When ever I go looking for parcel and see where it is it tells me it is in Mississauga and it has been there sense November 15, 2021 so can some one there please tell me where my parcel is tracking number is 1023038347129755 Thank you
