Opted for Priority post hoping it might reach on time. Haha it is delivered late than the usual post.?

I would give them a zero review due to poor service, lost delivery. No response from even the Supervisors despite several calls and complaints.

Why is it still in Montreal and why did it ho back to NB and back to Montreal

No updates in a week on a pre paid box that should have been deleiver by now

Although I have a tracking number for a parcel I mailed overseas, I am given no information as to the whereabouts of my parcel. Why?

Awesome! 4 day delivery arrived in 3 days.

Sent parcel on December 17 with a tracking number. It shows that the parcel arrived on December 20 in Edmonton and doesn’t show anything after that.. so where has it been for the last five days?? I did inquire I was told that it was in Richmond so why would you send a parcel via that route when there’s been so many problems.. Parcel is going to Kelowna..

I placed two orders from Amazon for the same product two days apart. Both products were delivered from the Amazon warehouse in Calgary to the Vancouver warehouse one day apart then handed over to Canada post where it took 6 days for the first to arrive and I am still waiting for the second 10 days after ordering. Why can't Canada Post perform like Purolator and DHL. Why use weather disruption as an excuse when other carriers find ways to deliver on time.

How do you zero stars for this operation? Paid the extra cash with their assurance of delivery ahead if time...and it is still late. If you are going to charge people $90+ for delivery and make promises....be good on those promises. UPS next time. Should have known better.

Terrible tracking system

The absolute worst-unreliable, late, unprofessional.

I mailed a parcel to Massey Drive, NL on Dec 9 & it has not arrived yet on Dec 25. I insured the parcel. Looks like it could still be in Dieppe, NB
