Pathetic!! I mailed my parcel December 11 to Richmond BC that was to arrive December 16-19 .. still not at my sons but it’s in Richmond somewhere!!!! And for this small parcel I paid 28$.!!!!’

I sent a parcel going to Smithers BC on Monday December 20th was told if I sent it express mail my parcel would be in Smithers by Christmas Eve . So rather than sending it regular mail which would not get to Smithers until after Christmas I sent my parcel express which instead of $40 cost me $99.50 . The only I did this was because the lady guaranteed me the parcel would be there by Christmas Eve. I am very disappointed and I wasted an extra $60 for no reason !!!!

I sent a Christmas present package from Edmonton to London, Ont. early on Dec. 12. Tracking shows it was sent the wrong way, to Richmond B.C. and then sat for days in Winnipeg for some reason. Grandkids won't be getting their presents Christmas morning, despite paying extra to ensure delivery within 7 days. Merry Christmas Canada Post!

Parcel mailed Dec 10 left Bc on 15 for Ontario then back in BC on 17th back in Ontario Dec 23 only to be sent on to Montreal

My Express post packed left Prince George Monday. My tracker says it got to Richmond. On Monday evening

I understand that they are probably swamped with deliveries right now, but I ordered mine November 15th. It went from Denmark to Quebec to Richmond and stayed in Richmond for a week and then randomly went up to white horse? It makes no sense to me as Richmond is about a ferry ride from where I live.

Even at Christmas time things get there on time.

Terrible service. I understand its xmas but if we can order a parcel from germany and get it within one week……..that says something!!!!!!!

I paid extra for parcel to NZ to get there in 18 days....still in BC??

Parcel keeps going to the wrong city

A package coming from Windsor to Iron Bridge was put into your system on the 17th of December it is now the 24th of December and the package has been sitting in Mississauga for 4 days. Unacceptable I require this package, for medical that's why it was sent express delivery this is ridiculous. No wonder you are losing the business you have lost. Will never deal with you again. Overpaid for doing a poor job.

Canada Post - what’s happened? There is absolutely no excuse for a pkg from Ont Dec 5 that sits in Calgary going to Banff for over 2 weeks. There is no excuse - none - nota-
