I mailed a gift card to Ste Catharines , Ontario and one to Vancouver on December 13 and after 11 days, neither one was delivered. How pathetic.

Mailed parcel to Daughter in Australia on November 9 still not received Also sent another letter with tracking number Dec 6 nothing on tracking after Dec9 no movement states to designated country no further info.

9 days and it hasn't left Richmond?

I’d give them a zero if it would let me. I sent 2 express post packages to my niece for her children for Christmas. 1 arrived no problem, the other one ( addressed the same ) went to Richmond and then back to me. Took it into the post office and they resent it. I chaecked on it today 2 days later and looks like it’s coming back to me again. Seriously how hard is it to just do a job properly???? So now one of my nieces children doesn’t have a gift from us. And they wonder why people prefer couriers

Does not display the most accurate arrival time until it's basically already arrived, but I have never received a package damaged or late.

The most screwed up system. Must have been a university educated person that did this frivolous sorting system. Figured they were smarter than a tyre. Abhorrent use of education.

Never fails to disappoint. Even when you upgrade to a faster, more expensive service... package still never arrives on time.

Paid $136 to have the package on a certain date. Never showed up.

I sent out an xpresspost on dec 12 from Thunder Bay going to Kelowna It went to Richmond Bc the next day, back to Thunder Bay the next day only to go back to Richmond The last up date was Dec 18; still sitting in Richmond, ( I have no idea what is happening , bec of no update How can I get some help? Wish there was a zero rating. One parcel held in Halifax for 3 days before it left, second parcel been in Montreal for5 days, was hoping to have for Christmas
