Got my friend to send a letter express post which took 42 days to receive it.Not good service.

this has to be the worst tracking i have used except it looks like i can chat with someone. Great!!! Uh Oh!!! Looks like you'd like to charge me $2 for something that i have already paid for in my shipping. And you now want my credit card info? The worst!!!! I like Canada Post but sending me to a 3rd party to explain where it is and when i can expect it is ridiculous. FAIL

I find service and delivery times reasonable and timely. Items arrive in good condition. Huge price advantage over other shippers.

Most times opinion is good. Presently I am awaiting a parcel sent from Toronto arrived in DM New Brunswick December 6 and has not moved since. That is more than two weeks.

Paid for priority post and it took two weeks.

Always pay for express to get it delivered quicker. NEVER gets delivered on time. ALWAYS stuck in dieppe. What's the point in paying for express post?

My experience was very bad because I courier my important document they said it will take one week but now second week is start but I didn't seen any moment in my courier.

This app is great I find it very useful in tracking my package.

Poor service. Package arrived in Burnaby on Dec.13th. As of Dec.21st, still has not left the facility.

Over the past 6 weeks they have LOST 4 packages and cant tell us a THING! I could believe the cost of shipping these packages in the first place now all they can do is shrug their shoulders, scratch their heads and point fingers ?? I guess the KIDS aren't going to get x mas gifts? from us this year cause I cant afford to go out and spend more??? these guys need to get their ? together!!!
