Never have had any problems with Canada Post

Mailed parcel Dec. 1st from Manitoba, going to Ontario. The parcel went west to Richmond B.C. instead of east. Apparently it' headed east. 3 wks already and no where near being delivered. I sent the parcel early, so that the recipient would receive it for Xmas. With all the mistakes and delays my sister won't get her parcel in time for Xmas. Looks like Canadians have to send Xmas gifts by Cda Post in October!!!! Im very disappointed and won't send another parcel with Cda Post ever again.

No delivery notice, can't find parcel for over a week now. Tracking system is no help but chat helps. But the left hand doesn't know where the right hand is. Have no confidence in canada post

With all today's technology and travel I can't believe it takes so long for a parcel go across this country, I can't believe that Canada post has not made a deal with the airlines to ship PA ages out of 1 province to another . It takes 2 weeks for a package to get from Alberta to newfoundland, it must be going by mule...

I ordered twice from a company and never received my order , it was kept in security in St. John’s, NL amd I send a parcel to my son and he never received it. I checked on both and spoke to several service reps regarding it but they couldn’t do anything so I was out the $260 twice and not a fan of Canada post.

Your tracking system does not work it’s never updated might as well not have it because in reality you don’t
