Only getting 1 star because I have too. The worst delivery service. Not only do they not care...they don't want to hear from you at all!!!!

Sent a parcel dec12,2021.from Russell Manitoba, to Winnipeg Manitoba. And Canada post sent it to a post office in Winnipeg, without sending a notice.Im not really sure where it is,I don't know why it wasn't delivered,there was Christmas gifts for kids.its hard for the person it was supposed to be delivered to,to pick up ,cause she has no car,and the parcel is heavy,so I'm very disappointed in canada post.its a good thing I checked the tracking number,we wouldn't have known about anything,Canada should still deliver this parcel,it's in Winnipeg. If Canada post can't deliver the pkgs,maybe canadashould hire people who can deliver parcels.and another thing,Russell Manitoba post office employers are ignorant and get mad if we get parcel and send parcels,especially Sherri,I don't know her last name. But please let us know what is going on with my pkg.my tracking number is ,,051477200029676.there is still time to deliver.I pay a lot of money to send pkgs.

Wondering why my parcel has been sitting in Richmond BC for a week tomorrow.

It takes longer to get a package from Ontario to Manitoba than it takes from Israel to Mississauga ON. Horrible service. Shame on you CP!

My items in the parcel, all did not reach. They opened inside the parcel and removed 2 expensive items. I was very disappointed

Still waiting for delivery on an item Canada Post has had since November 9! So much for postal service.

Terrible service. Mailed my parcel Nov 26th to New Brunswick. Last I heard of it it was in Mississauga Nov. 29th. After that trail goes cold. My aunt still hasn't recieved it. No idea where it is. Won't use Canada Post again!

So they had no problem with taking my money to send my parcel as express guaranteed 3 day delivery... sent it on the 15th and it still hasn't left the post office :(

I mailed a parcel from Manitoba to Ontario on Dec 1st. Today I receive an update that my parcel is in Richmond B.C. What's going on?!!!!

Delivered my parcel XP in 4 days

With todays technology there is no reason why tracking isn’t current. Mailed parcels on the Dec. 12th from St. Thomas, Ontario to be delivered to N.B.. Checked online status today (19th) and last update was Dec. 14th in Stoneycreek, Ontario. Five days lacking on tracking which I think is ridiculous in this fast paced techno world! (And yes, I understand that Christmas season is crazy, busy.. I’m not griping about the pace of delivery here. I’m complaining about the poor ability to track a parcel along its journey!!! ??

I’m still waiting for a package lost by Canada post .
