Always a great service

The worst situation ever. My parcel was sent to Richmond BC. which is the opposite direction of where it was supposed to go. I have not been able to talk to anybody about it.

Tracking says it was delivered but does not indicate the location of the final destination. Did it it get to Cogeco? I have no idea where it went?

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Canada Post is seriously the worst delivery service in the entire North American continent. My package was dropped off Dec 9 in Ottawa and is currently still showing in Ottawa. There are no updates at all and it contains Christmas gifts for my entire family. If they don't arrive before Christmas, there will be no gifts for anyone... Prior to this, I was told by the counter agent that a very important document would be guaranteed to deliver in 2 calendar days. I confirmed this 3 times before I paid. My daughter needed the papers in 2 days so I trusted Canada Post. It took 3 weeks for them to deliver. They literally sat at the Winnipeg depot for 2 weeks. She couldn't even go there to pick them up. Smh

I have never been able to track a parcel using thus page. I always have to go to post office. Why is this one here if I can?

My parcel has been in the same spot for a week with no updates. Not impressed.

Tracking makes no sense… why would something from west Kelowna go to Richmond to go back to Kelowna to get to Grand Forks?? Wth???

Terrible service on tracking! System will not provide information on location of parcel. A parcel sent via FedEx a day later arrived as scheduled and as promised. I will use couriers for all future shipments—enough of Canada Post!

I have been waiting over 30 days for a parcel from Toronto and still not indication from Canada post when I might get it. Canada Post is an embarrassment to the country!
