My parcel was sent out from Ottawa on October 30th, 2021. Today is December 17th 2021. I still don't have it. Through my tracking number, it says my parcel is in Richmond for the last 10 days, and it has not move from there. Last time this happened to me, it took Canada Post a month to find my parcel.

Parcel has been sitting in Vaughn for 2 weeks still waiting be delivered understandable it is Christmas time but you think the package would have moved from Vaughn to Collingwood where it's supposed to go within that two week.

The service is getting more expensive and yet is slower than ever. Explain how a package that was in Richmond BC was shipped to Mississauga Ont. when it just needed to come north to the Yukon. Get it together Canada Post learn your Country!

Poorest mail delivery ever. Shamed to say it’s Canada post. Awful. 23 days snd still not here. Disgusting

Terrible. Pay to guarantee delivery of a simple card. One card sent no tracking . One card paid to track. Both sent Dec 6 to USA. The card with no tracking arrived in the USA a week later. Fantastic! The card I paid almost $15.!!! has not arrived with no other info than it is in the USA. Scam for the money.

Pd for 3 day delivery almost $20 its been 5 days and parcel still hasn't been delivered

How can tracked mail take a week to go from Surrey to Richmond???
