Their service from Saskatchewan to Alberta is pathetic, purolator is one day. Mailed on December thirteenth for a kings ransom and not is Fort Mcmurray until December 21. It sat in North Battleford for 2 days and now sitting in Regina, travelled 5 hours in 4 days.

I mailed 2 Canada Post flat rate boxes in Thunder Bay, one to Pitt Meadows BC and one to Mission BC on Nov 28….the tracking shows they made it WPG and on route to Richmond BC….they have yet to to be processed there ( it is now Dec17). I received a Canada Post box taken in on Dec 3 in Pitt Meadows BC and I received it Dec 13. I am very disappointed my parcels have not been delivered yet.

Sent express post 15.00 dollars for a letter they said 3 days and it's been over a week n still not there

I think even with covid on the go you guys and gals work to get deliveries in time for Christmas. Thank you for doing your job well done God Bless and have a wonderful Christmas with your families

Not happy. My parcel left Halifax on November 30. It was to go to Edmonton Alberta. It's now in Whitehorse. When I chatted with an online representative I was told the parcel has been rerouted. An online check shows it's still in Whitehorse. It's December 17th!!!

Too many delivery problems

Just read through the reviews and it seems all I need to say has been said. Canada Post is government run. Need I say more? CP is a complete shambles as is anything else run by government at the moment.

My order was received from overseas into Vancouver 2 weeks ago. My tracker said my item would be late and to expect it no later than Dec 16th. Today is the 17th and I am now told it will be delivered between the 16th and 21. Cutting it close for Christmas.

It is December 17th there has been no update on my package since the 9th. That is ridiculous ? I'm not impressed at all. Why have a tracking number if its not even being updated in more than a week

I put in the tracking number....Results? It only says it's been scanned and in route. Doesn't tell me where it is. What good is that?!!

The worst service I have ever had

I have never received a package on time. A couple of days late is understandable, 45 days and counting for a package across country is ridiculous, however congratulations for the consistent poor customer service.

Yesterday I checked traker said it would be delivered by Wednesday end of day,today at 2.20pm I'm told it's on a truck ?

Two years into this mess, and still NO real plan! Time to make cuts from the top down

My parcel is showing it has been in St.Johns nl since Dec 6th.. That’s 10 days and I only live 4 hours away.. What’s taking so long ?
