In previous years, it has been easy to track my packages going overseas. I cannot see anything beyond the acceptance of the parcels by Canada Post. What gives?

I sent registered mail overseas on Nov 8 by registered mail which guarantees 2 week delivery. Today it is Dec 16 and my mail has still not been received. I have complained twice already without any positive response. This company has been very unhelpful and I am very disappointed with Canada Post delivery.

Today is dec 16th. Site has been at dec 8th for a week. Rediculous Package isnt delivered yet and I have no idea where it is and when it will be delivered. Way to go Canada Post

The rudest people work here! I've tried multiple post office locations with the exact same result. Staff is rude. I simply asked approximately how long my package would take to deliver to BC, knowing full well there is flooding in BC and it is Christmas time. I expect delays. The lady went off the wall! Called me entitled. If I had a different avenue in sending the package, I can promise you, I would have. Your staff clearly needs to be trained in customer service. Christmas is stressful. I get that. I work in customer service as well. But, regardless, no customer deserves the backlash of their horrible attitudes.

Horrible service, no reason regular mail has to cost so much and take so long. Pkgs coming they from my family come faster and much cheaper than Canada post. Big rip off for services.

Can’t get any update for my parcel for the last 3 days

I send a parcel with two basketballs, by surface mail, to Australia, Oct. 18. Two months later it has gone from Alberta to Vancouver. It cost me $132.00. Very, very expensive for unreliable service. Very disappointing!

I mailed two parcels one week ago today and your tracking shows it to be in Ottawa??? I live 1hr 20 minutes from there and I've been there twice since then. Your tracking feature is just a facade to appear that it's reliable.

Canada post received parcel in Nanaimo, bc on December 13. The destination is Parksville bc and Amazon still says delayed until December 29th. Really? Parksville is 20 minutes from Nanaimo. Review is also being sent to Amazon. This item was ordered in plenty of time to be in time for Christmas.

3 days late and no update on tracking ... very poor service

No updates since December 13. Today is December 16th. What's the problem???!!!

less than one star, no updates just redate the same - package delayed - message

I ordered a package from Walmart to be sent to the store in Mount Pearl NL . The delivery date is December 10-20. When I check the status of the delivery, I can only get on route. I do not get any new updates. I hope to get it before Christmas Eve because it is a gift for Christmas. I feel disappointed with no updates.

Poor service. Always let delivery. Service very expensive.
