The parcel was to be delivered on December 8 and now it's December 15th. It took a week to fly from Quebec to Richmond BC and it's now on route. Usually I am understanding if it's a big parcel but my pkg. is no bigger than a bday card. Very disappointed

Long delays are the norm not the exception - the point of a tracking number is to see progress - of which there is little and no explanation. Thank you Canada Post for being mediocre.

Terrible service - gets worse every time rates go up. Tracking is useless - parcels mailed on 8th still sitting here in Fredericton - time this monopoly was ended.
