I mailed 2 items December 4th for travel from Regina to Calgary. I have been tracking them and they have been sitting in OTTAWA since December 9th!! I am very disappointed ?

Canada post continues to be one of the worst mail providers. We in BC are getting told that mail is delayed for weeks and weeks (at Christmas time of course) because of our flooding to force people to pay outrageous fees for airmail in a time of crisis. Are the roads a mess here? Yes but it’s a month almost after the floods and commercial vehicles have been travelling almost that entire time on our hwy 3. Shame on Canada Post for letting BC customers just rot here while you deliberately hold mail that can move on trucks so you can profit off our natural disaster. Crooks!

Canada Post is decent but even their fast shipping options can be slow and sometimes not reliable.

I sent 4 parcels to NS all at the same time 3 made it there within a week I have a parcel that’s in Richmond BC since Dec 7 th & I can’t see nothing as to where it is called the post office & they can’t find nothing neither so what’s the good of this tracking numbers ??

Couriers appear to be essential services and have been getting from the BC coast to the interior. Canada Post has not even gotten mail sent from one okanagan place to another in a month. I now have to cancel cheques written for bills a month ago and find alternative ways to pay. Forget about essential things like a package with glasses for a senior. Canada Post is not an essential service. Who knew?
