Pathetic service..lost my package twice..customer service is even more horrible

My daughter’s present has been stuck in Dieppe for weeks, just deliver it already

Parcel has been sitting in Richmond BC for 7 days. Expected delivery was yesturday and is still not in my province.

Wondering where parcel is now. It was processed December 8th in Quebec.

Mail a parcel on 18 November to Portugal and paid $72.83 and I was told 24 days, it’s been 26 days and been tracking and it says parcel has arrived in foreign country since 23 November and hasn’t been updated since then. This is the second time this has happen to me the first time the parcel never arrived at my sister in law house it was lost, and now it seems the same thing is going to happen. Why charge so much for something that is not going to get deliver. I’m so furious. I hate Canadá post. For sure this will be my last time I learned my lesson but I’ll be fighting for my charge refund and it better be in full. I wish I could gave you guys a zero, Canada poet not even worth 1. But it’s funny how my family send me packages from Portugal and I receive them with no problem, go figure that one out. Hate Canada post service

Payed for express delivery said 4 days and it's still sitting 3 hrs from my destination and still had 3 1/2 days to arrive at it's destination. What a joke

I live in rural Manitoba so delivery is at a snail’s pace and my neighbors are as likely to receive my package (and other mail) as I am because, apparently, our delivery persons can’t read mailbox numbers, in 2 languages. Delivery is sometimes made to an entirely different postal code and town. It defies logic. And, when they make mistakes like this, they try to blame the shipper. Even when you prove to them they clearly misread the label, it makes no difference. So, out here we end up sorting our own mail but it only works among cooperating people. It’s as though Canada Post wants private couriers to take over.

My very expensive parcels never made it from Canada to Australia for my grandchildren’s birthdays !!!

Totally unreliable and always late. Their tracking system is useless.

We paid 3 day delivery and it still has not made it to its destination. Not very happy.

Tracking is non existant. What a joke. Mailed parcel from Wpg on Dec. 1st. No info since Dec. 2nd. 11 days later, Canada Post doesn't have a clue.
