Never received my package but website says it was delivered

Tracking is a joke. On Dec.1st I mailed a parcel to Ont. Last update was on Dec. 2nd. 11 days later, no status or update. Canada Post doesn't have a clue.

Poor customer service apparently they delivered my package but there was no card left behind and no one buzzed me to let me know it was here and buzzcode was clear on the address bar so no excuse

Other essential delivery services have been much faster since the floods. Did Canada Post become a completely non essential service without informing us

Horrible service. Paid $65 to get an envelope delivered. Its been one month and it has not arrived. Who is responsible if I loose a financial transaction? Why don't they deal with reputable companies on the other side in other countries. I heard of 3 other cases where pkg never hit delivered. Had I known, I would not mind having to pay more for it to go to Mexico by FedEx. I think Cda Post should shut down this service altogether. What is so difficult to put a pkg on a plane so it gets there same day or day after? Please respond.

As always I get my package from Canada Post..left on porch but I leave objects there to help postman hide it from porch pirates and..it seems to work..good job

With all you negative reviews What are you actually doing to improve service? It seems like this this platform is just so customers can vent But no actions are being taken If you were a private company rather than a government organization you probably would be out of business for not listening to your customers
