Every Temu order comes on time. Decent tracking updates. When I use AliExpress, ordered May 5th, it says item delayed on CanadaPost Site. I track here, it says Waiting for item since the 7th. ALI app states arrived at airline office 10th. It's now 21st with no updates. Not sure if the sender, UBI SMART PARCEL CANADA LTD is at fault, still getting 2 stars this time.

Canada post back in the day used to be efficient but this days there rating is getting worst .is so difficult for them to correct wrong postal code

Horrible service, registered letter should be deliver to Danmark in 3-7 business days- 10 days past is still in Stoney Creek ,ont . Never ever I will use Canada Post

why did the tracking stop for two days straight?

I’m in Nova Scotia and it seems like every time package get to dieppe New Brunswick it’s takes days to leave or gets lost

Package arrived in Richmond being sent from bc to USA but after that stop nothing in tracking why

How can this be messed up ??? Parcel from Brantford ended up going to North Bay then to Toronto now in Kitchener . 2 days late . I could have drove and picked it up if I knew this was going to happen. Seller should get his money back!!! Bad bad service.

I find it strange that I sent a package from Markham, Toronto to mississauga and your site shows on your map that the package is at Thunder Bay. Are you taking it on a country wide trip or what.

Been waiting all afternoon and evening. Still no package.

I've never had a problem. If it means I can get a $60 package delivered by Canada Post for $25.00 instead of $180.00 (can you believe it!) FEDEX! I'd rather wait a little longer than pay Fedex, that price!

Was to get my package 4 days again, went to post office, they said it is still in wpg.mb. Not happy

We were waiting for an imortant delivery that was not left as funds owing. Seems Canada Post delivering people do not have the machine ro collect funds so just leave a notice in my mailbox. Will never use them again for this type of important delivery

I do my job, but when people "drop the ball" over and over again people become contemptual. It has nothing to do with our personal lives it has to do with perpetual incompetentce with regard to things that are important to people's lives.
