Canada Post reviews

This is not a very efficient cuorrier. You try to spend more money for their express deliver but it will take a more than 3days before it gets to its destination even in local area only. Very bad to those people who want their package to be delivered emedietly.

If Canada Post is wondering why they are losing money here is a prime example why.Package was sent on May 14th to a destination 2 hours away.As of May 22nd still not received with notification stating DELAYED.I realize Canada Post outsources to different contractors to do deliveries well they should review their outsourcing as obviously someone is not doing their job.I am almost certain this package will NOT get delivered so prove me wrong.I will not make the same mistake again and go with Purolator courier.

The clerks in the post office were very helpful as I chose the correct size box. They looked up the address for me when I forgot it at home. The parcel arrived on time and as promised.

Am only sending a package from Canada to USA, originally it suppose to be 4 days and now Is been 10days ,my package is no where to be found. Am so disappointed in Canada post.

Worst service ever! Your package will be returned without being contacted

I receive item delivered by intercom all the time an if I return an item they come get an the next all the time I receive my money back 100% of the time so why does it take 6 weeks for Canada post to get same job done

Excellent service, thank you: i sent my adult niece a large bundle of letters she mailed to me decades ago … and i brought them all to my local post office branch in Halifax NS. The postal worker behind counter recommended that I use a certain size of Canada Post box and he packaged it all for me then reinforced well with tape. I was grateful for his assistance on Monday afternoon and today (Wednesday) I tracked that my package had arrived in Saint John early this morning and an email notified me that it was delivered to Rothesay NB this afternoon. ALL for around $22.00 and it was well worth it to me. Again, many thanks.

Pleasantly surprise my registered mail was delivered in one week. However I am getting annoyed with all the unnecessary adds that keep popping up on the screen. They are obviously designed to take over the page and I do not appreciate it.

The parcel arrived on the day it was announced to arrive. I only had trouble on line this morning trying to find final delivery and leave them a message to leave in my front porch. The system did not recognize the tracking number. Otherwise all was done well. Thank you. We don’t want it privatized. It will cost way more.

I paid for next day delivery on May21, how come it said it will there on 24th????

Canada post used to be first class now its extremely expensive and extremely slow for local Canada wide service . I can have a letter delivered in 3-4 days to Europe but mailing one same day same time to Canada 10-day's +

Well I'm not playing the post office because I know that my package has arrived it's been almost 9 weeks now 9 weeks and they still haven't returned my money I'm not blaming the post office I'm blaming and people across the ocean LOL
