I pay for 24 hours parcel and they told me it will be in the recipient on time, but when I check it online it’s been 24 hours still here in the city, service is really bad and unacceptable. They got paid more than the service you expect.

Parcels are always delivered in a timely manner even at Christmas. And I find pricing is better than other couriers in rural Canada. I send lots of parcels to family and have never had any go missing or damaged. Thank you!

Canada post has got to be the worst delivery service available. Overpriced. Always late, incompetent employees and computerized services which leaves staff with a lack of information, options and ability to help. Abysmal

I agree , 11 days my letter still missing??

Parcel ordered from Quebec delivered to Halifax stayed there for 4 days shipped to Ontario and I live 2 hours from Halifax still no parcel and you pay big bucks for shipping. Canada Post is a "Joke"

Sent a package x press post thinking it would arrive faster because of the name. Paid 30 bucks to send it,still not getting there till the 30 of may when sent on the 17 of may. These guys are such a rip off I will rate one star but only because I have to

Spent extra money for fast delivery of my package within 2 business days but have to wait more than one week for my parcel . M very upset with the service, poor service

I was chatting with Ellen and then she wants me pay to know where my package is, what kind of service is Canada Post running.

I'm looking at these bad reviews and I don't understand it. I've used all kinds of careers and I find. That Canada post. And China post. Do a very good job. If you expect to get something through the mail. You gotta consider. It will arrive safely. And if there is a slight delay. It's still arrives. And I can't say that for all couriers.

This was a letter package which we wanted to reach it's destination within a few days.This is why we paid extra money so as to take priority over regular mail.Canada Post ,don't charge the price of 16.95 for a promise you failed to commit to.Just say so .

I have not had very many negative experiences with Canada Post worst thing I could say is that 1 or 2 times my packages took longer than expected however that doesn’t necessarily mean that it was Canada Post’s fault so NO COMPLAINTS HERE!!

Sent my granddaughter a birthday card 10 days before her birthday from belleville to London (Ontario, not England). That was 32 days ago. Did someone think there was money in it??? Don’t know. Then they wonder why no one wants to use their services!!!!

I paid for next day delivery on May 21st , the result said delivered, but its not there, why? what does it mean by next day????

Didn't get my parcel. Supposed to be a photo of delivery to my doorstep but can't access it.
