Every time they ship glass products to me they are broken when they arrive. It's happened several times. Shipping is slow.

Due to all the problems with the BC roads and bad weather. I understand there should definitely be a delay. But my parcels have been sitting in Richmond since November 19 and have not moved an inch and is now December 10. The sad part is is Canada post goes on TV news saying everything can be delivered at least that was four days ago in time for Christmas. So they still encourage people to drop Parcels off to be delivered. Yep make no attempt for other customers that have been waiting for deliveries. No updates of happened and on the website all you see is due to the weather they may be delayed. That’s extremely poor customer service. I’ve asked one question repeatedly will they make it there for December 24 as you can go on the news and say everything well or will they not. I’d like to come up with another option for the parcels delivered for other people. But they’re giving us no information at all and that is not a good way for doing business. Yes if I could leave no stars it would be no stars. Just like I’ve got no communication. To everyone else I wish you all the best in the season safe and happiness always

Beamsville post office is the BEST And my pkg was mailed on a Friday afternoon and was out for delivery in Alberta on Tuesday

Packages take way too long to deliver and Are often lost. Packages haven’t been delivered to my door in years and instead I am left a slip to pick them up at post office. Yes let me pack up two babies in -40, during a pandemic because your carriers are LAZY and don’t do their jobs

Did not receive my package. Apparently sent out notice to pick up package and never received the notice. The package was sent back to the sender in Poland... Ruining my daughters birthday gift. One half star
