If I could give a lower rating I would gladly, this site used to give details on the whereabouts of your package, now it just indicates it was accepted at the postal outlet...I know it was accepted I dropped it off and posted it?

Wow, this is very terrible customer service. It was mailed November 19. The original delivery was Dec 2. Then Dec 6. Now the 24 of December . Really? The customer service for information is undescribably the worst you can imagine

I've been using Canada Post for years such an improvement in delivery with last two packages however no updates since Dec 1 for other two packages different destination

Terrible service, paid for the premium 2 day express shipping and took 5 days to reach destination. Unacceptable.

The tracking has never been helpful. It always says its been processed, but never gives you more than that. I get it, things happen that cause delays, but the tracking is so unhelpful that it is a waste of the customer and CP employee's time.
