No update yet nov.29 it says it's in Delta b.c. did not receive yet until now.

Parcel has a tracking number but five days will soon be gone by and nothing is showing up on the Canada Post system. I can only hope the parcel will get there and very poor processing effort thus far so one star is more than they deserve!!!!

Slow service when shipping overseas and very pricey!

Express post passport still "in transit" from a location 5 hours 10 days later.

Won't use flate rate again. Sent Dec 1 to only go 2 hrs away and as of today still not there. Not happy

My package has been sitting since sat at 6pm in Mississauga. Not one update since then. If your busy hire more employees.

Mailed a parcel oct 24th. Pd for insurance and tracking. Dec. 7th all I can find out on my parcel is that it was processed on oçt.26th.it should almost be in JAPAN by now. No answers on phone call either. Shame on them increasing prices snd can't/dont provide the service for delivery.

Very POOR customer service, always Holding items longer then expected. Saying and blaming customers, when it’s Canada Posts BLAME!

Over 2 weeks for my package to travel 300 miles. Now they can't find it
