Parcel sent November 18 has not arrived in Alberta as of December 4. Sent from Saskatchewan- pretty sad that a government agency is so inadequate. If I could give zero stars I would.

I'm sure the speeds are slower right now because maybe there isn't enough workers. Without workers, you can't deliver. The issue I have is with the high cost of getting a tracking number for small items. IMO tracking for a lettermail should not be 15 plus dollars. That hurts people. You need to consider immensely lower the cost to have a thing that shows you where the item is, which I think the customer should have anyways. There are too many dishonest people that will say they never got the item. You need to either provide a free tracking number for every mail sent, or significantly lower it for those small items that don't qualify as a parcel.

I paid express post for my document to be in Hawaii in 4 days. Has been 6 days and has not left Canada yet. I specifically asked for fast service. They said no problem. Will use FedEx next time. I want my money reimbursed.

Very good service

Reduced hours during month of Christmas, mail not getting sorted at local post office for several days. Pay extra for shipping and it doesn’t get there any faster.

You haven't been able to update where my parcel is since the 24th of November!!!! That's PATHETIC!!!! It only going from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland!!! I wanted it there for the 4th of December for my grandbaby 's birthday party!!!! Damn it all

Terrible service!! Lost 2 birth certificates and the third birth certificate has been sitting in Richmond Bc since November 25th. I am so disappointed in Canada post! Always excuses no one cares!!!!!
