It has been a month since my parcel was sent from Ontario to BC still have not received it I don't recommend Canada Post to anybody

Tried tracking parcel, tracking info was 2 days old wow way to go.

I used canada post .paid 60 dollars for a sheet of paper to be delivery in 3 days that was nov 5, 2021. Still waiting for it. Dec 2 2021. Worst service ever. Thanks canada

Extremely sluggish service ..... Fedex, DHL, UPS, Purolatore etc are way (and i really mean way) faster than these guys. Senders give your biz a chance by avoiding PC ... Nightmare is a polite term !

If i had the option of zero stars i would have. Unfortunately, i have to give canada post 1 star. Worst service i have experienced. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for an important parcel from montreal. Unreliable and unprofessional service.

Since they've change the route and packages going north don't seem to go through Mississauga anymore it's been a big time difference and packages seem to arrive sooner or the day it says.

I like canada post rather than others delivery.

My parcel is still not moving! It has been in Mississauga for a week now. Dreadful service...It's the last time I use Canada post... No wonder I use Amazon... 2 day delivery.. Very reliable and everything arrives in perfect condition.

Evertime we have to pick the parcel from canada post .. they donot deliver at home even the adress is changed

Absolute terrible service,, do not honour eBay tracking, slow,, they lose and damage products in packages , deliver to wrong address , I swear welland postal workers are on drugs

The most incompatent irresponsible disappointing money grabbing scamming rip off outfit in Canada!!

Everytime I turn around, there is an issue with whatever I've shipped. And all I get is excuses. Time after time. I'm done. I'll use Purolator going forward. It's worth the extra money.
