Awful service. I wanted info about my supposedly delivered package which I did not receive. Was sent to a place and paid $2 to get an answer. The answer was to talk with Post Canada. On top of that, there was a membership fee. Had the hardest time to cancel that membership. At the end, still no answer and still no package. My package has not been delivered.

Useless, did not deliver parcel, when I went to the main post office they had no clue as per where my parcel was and did not even look for it. When it was at the post office all along

no delivery note leaving, just put my package in the nearby post office and the staff in the post office is just not helpful. Never seen a company system can't track a package with their own tracking number like Canada post

The last 2 packages coming to me express post has taken a ridiculous amount of time considering I am paying over 20 bucks express fee!!! Last package took 2 weeks...this package I am expecting was sent express post November 21st!!!!! Not impressed withncanada post ar all.
