Not very impressed…I delivered a parcel to Canada Post on Nov 22 for delivery to Alberta…they said 2-7 business days…just finished tracking and it is STILL IN Ottawa today Nov28….so it sits in the Ottawa Post office for 6 days…SO FAR…but it also says expected delivery by end of day Dec 2…we will see how that goes! Why bother providing a tracking # when there is no progress to track?

Tracking this parcel has been horrible, it cost $21.00 to ship from Vancouver to Toronto, it's been 2 weeks and it's still not delivered

Why doesn’t your tracking estimate when a parcel will arrive somewhere?

Canada post they're very slow to receive a package I did other something from ?? and it's been 3 weeks Post Canada didn't scan for release yet ..they're slow

My parcel was held in Welland from November 16 today is November 28 I live in Guelph. Not far to travel . Still haven’t received it.

My parcel has been sitting in Montreal for weeks. My parcel was supposed to be delivered Nov 23. It is now Nov 28 and it is still sitting on Montreal

Terrible. Doesn’t tell you when it arrived at the depots.

9 days after I mailed it can’t see where it’s at.. only showing “in transit” and on map “Sherbrooke to Montreal” letter to UK snd has not arrive yet. Useless to pay so much for tracking.. don’t think it’s accurate

Terrible service the package was originally to be shipped from Grand Prairie to Prinde George. Package went Grand Prairie, Edmonton,Prince George then to Richmond, Still haven't received package.

Brutal service, package went from Grand Prairie to Edmonton to Richmond instead of to PG even though was common knowledge that there was major flooding after effects and road closures in the Richmond area.

Don’t like the new look. It doesn’t show where parcel is on a daily basis. Only shows where it’s shipped from, then several days later tells you when it’s in the arriving city,s post office and out for delivery. Would like more frequent updates.

I’ve had packages leave Richmond bc to go to ontario to come back to richmond then to Sparwood why?
