Canada Post reviews

I've been checking on the status of my parcel and it hasn't moved from Richmond since the 14th of November. I understand that I chose surface to get my package to the UK and that the current conditions of the roads leaving the Lower Mainland make it nearly impossible to move things by surface. As good faith I would have thought that Canada Post would have flown packages to Alberta or somewhere else to keep them moving. I hope to see some movement in the next day or so.

Very poor service I have ever seen

I wanted overnight express delivery and paid extra for it. Low and behold my package was sent like regular mail. Express post is NOT express.

Very slow and bad service

The last two times I have used express my parcel has taken longer then it should. For the amount of money paid this is very poor service

Canada Post, is terrible with their delivery system, mailed 13 days ago, and still hasn't been delivered. Not an way, to run an business. Going to find an new way, to do my mailing.

Ppl should pay more attention to addresses. Have had parcels shipped from bc to states...instead of saskatchewan. Parcels shipped from ont to bc instead of saskatchewan...no reason for this

Very poor. We paid for registered mail. Canada Post made 1 attempt to deliver. They are supposed to make 3 attempts. I want my my parcel and and my money delivered back to me. I should not have to chase these down.

After 14 days my parcel is still in Montreal. Slow service.

The three Canada Post outlets I deal with in my area have all been great. They're pleasant to deal with, and understanding about holding my Flex delivery packages a little longer during these covid times. I only wish their hours were extended a little longer. Only problems I've had with Canada Post were at outlets run by non-Canada Post employees, such as one particular pharmacy outlet I used to visit.

I send a letter on October 25 supposedly 10 business days and today it has not reached its destination

Sent a flat rate box on November 14 th from Victoria, 2 day shipping! Checked today, November 22, still in Richmond!!!!! Are you kidding me?

My package always arrive to the far north in great shape and in good time.

Very Very bad service, I m waiting my passport from last 21days, I booked a ticket for travel to India on 28 November, i did submit a complaint to customer service 13 days ago but no results yet, please don't send anything and I will never believe on Canada post
