Very good service,respectful employees!

Like almost ALL corporations. Canada post in the last 10 years has gone way down hill. The management is more worried about there employees than the customer. No customer no work. I make every effort now to avoid Canada post. They just don’t care about anything but there employees. By by

We had a very bad experience with Canada post, last recommendation. We sent a package and it never got delivered, called in many times, but nothing is helpful

Too complicated for a senior like me with no one to help out in tracking if what I sent has been received or not by the addressee.

My experience has been positive, from sending to tracking to delivery. If the deadline was missed we applied for a refund and always received the refund. The Canada Post delivery person is always, always friendly which speaks to a positive culture here in Regina.

Reliable and dependable

Parcel goes from Richmond Hill (sender) to Mississauga and back to Richmond Hill (receiver)!!! It's kind of strange management!! And it takes about 10 days ??‍♂️

If I can give 0 star I will. I'm expecting a register mail sent on Nov 7 from Richmond BC to Burnaby BC and mail still sitting in Richmond without any update. What takes so long to deliver mail between 2 cities with distance of 10 km? Horrible service.
