It’s hard to believe businesses still use them with such a low level of service.

Very poor tracking info. Would have gave 0 stars but is a very unfair rating system. Definitely does not deserve 1 star. Canada Post, what happened?

Horrible shipping times many delays and rude staff

Very reasonable delivery times...even with the holidays and covid situation.

My package hasn't moved in 3 days.i ordered 2 packages from Greece at same time received them before this .

It’s been 6 days still in transit from the base. Takes time to move the parcel .

My parcels have moved from Calgary to Edmonton in nine days. I could have driven to pick them up in a day

I am ashamed of your services. C’mon!

I purchased some thing off of Facebook marketplace and without the tracking number, I would have been worried the entire time that I was being ripped off by some stranger, but having that tracking number has made all the difference and I will continue to do business and make purchases this way.

Tracking system does not provide useful info at all. Late delivery, disappointing service. Will not use again.

Very bad experience, no tracking. Canada to Oman 6 weeks

So my daughter sent me a package from Ontario. I have a snap shot of the delivery preference and it says to deliver to post office. On Jan 4 a postal worker dropped it off on my door step rang the door bell and left. Didn’t even try to wait to see if someone would answer. Not pleased with this at all. No wonder people’s parcels get stolen.

Slow not sure what happened to package

I sent 4 letters 3 weeks ago to the same address on the same day.... only 1 arrived On the same day I sent other letters to other addresses and none have arrived. Canada Post.... you are a useless organization!
