Not ONCE has a parcel from Amazon arrived on the promised date when Canada Post has been involved! Guess it's better to have home delivery by a RELIABLE courier service!!

My package was picked up in Richmond ,B.C on October 27th! I live 1 hr away and it s Nov 9th! I paid extra for quick delivery! Ordered item Oct 3rd!

I sent important documents by registered mail and it's lost. But it took 2 weeks of daily follow-up to get them to admit it. Worst service ever.

The parcel was delivered in the number of days that it was purpose to. Good job!

I sent a parcel to Australia in August and it still has Not arrived!!!

They have had notify me that i have notice card in my mailbox but when i looked at it it wasnt there. How can i pick up my parcel? I went to post office but they asked for the notice card or whatever. I didnt received it in my mailbox! Wasted my time!

The ladies are absolutely awesome at the Quesnel Post Office. Unfortunately Canada Post loves to make their employees stuck to deal with upset people because shipping times are rediculous. I've had to pay for a box at the Post office for 9 months and instead of just a free box that everyone is entitled too, I've paid almost $300!!!! Had a box for my house but new postmaster in Sandspit closed my box so I can't even get my BC property assessments or property tax bills etc as my redirect does not catch anything on Haida Gwaii or the crooked Postmaster is intentionally making those bills unacceptable and I get penalized.......................... Canada post needs a wake up call! Seems to be different rules depending on who you are as well or where you are.

The parcel delievered to Quebec was quick with reasonable fee. Thabks for making our letters and parcels delivered in a safe and secured way.

System indicates my package was picked up, Monday Nov 01, when it was actually picked up Tuesday Nov. 02. Invoicing of course was instantaneous! Makes you wonder how good the tracking system is.

Terrible service. Routinely go over the guaranteed delivery dates after charging 15 dollars. You are criminals. Pathetic

useless service, zero help
